Benefits at Township
At Township, we understand we are a workspace, but by spending the majority of your time here, and providing your expertise, we want to create a space for you that supports YOU. That’s why we’ve formulated and hand-selected our benefits to be deeply rooted in
- #LifeWorkHarmony: At Township we believe in the whole person, not just the work person. You have a life outside of work, and we want to make sure it stays that way. While it may seem arbitrary, replacing life work “balance” with life work “harmony” was an important distinction - we want work to harmonize with our team’s life, rather than trying to find a balance between the two.
- #SupportiveGrowth: At Township, there are few things we love more than seeing our teammates thrive, both inside and outside of the office. We want to provide a workspace that enables you to grow, to explore your skills and interests, and to be confident in your role and career.
- #HealthyLongevity: Life can be unpredictable, but we don’t want Township to be. Yes, we have and love our dynamic workspace where every day is different, but in the grand scheme of things, we want Township to be a strong pillar of consistency, support, and stability.
- #TransparencyAlways: Township opts for transparency at every level, whenever possible, whether that be in our open feedback between teammates or in decisions made for how to run the business. It’s one of the most powerful tools available to us when striving for equity. We keep things transparent because we stand behind our decisions.
